Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Day 2. Visit to Kathmandu and Patan.

Day 3. Kathmandu - SIngati:   

An early morning bus from Kathmandu to Singati, the bus will pass by Chartikot, Dolakha then follow the river Tamakosi. 9 hours bus ride.

Day 4. Singati - Jogat:   

The trek begins in a small valley along the river Tamakosi, an easy walk to Jagat. 6 1/2 hours walking.

Day 5. Jagat - Simigaun:

easily We follow the river until noon we crossed then begins a steep climb to the east of the valley to Simigaun, a first village Sherpas. 6 1/2 hours walking.

Day 6. Simigaun - Kyelcha:

slight climb through forest protected by "GAURI SHANKAR CONSERVATION AREA PROJECT" with Gaurishankar views and other peaks. Easy walk to Kyelcha where there are some tea shops. 6 hours of walking.

Day 7. Kulcha - Sori Doban:    

gradual climb throughout the day through a pine forest. 5 1/2 hours of walking.

Day 8. Suri Doban - Beding:

The path goes flat continuing in the forest with a view of Gaurishankar, Nambur Himal and other mountains. Easy walk to Beding, large village of Sherpa and an important monastery to visit. 5 hours of walking.

9. Rest day in Beding: Day for acclimatization.

10. Beding days - Na:   

gradual climb overlooking the Gumbrang, Perchermo and other mountains of Tibet. 3 1/2 hours of walking.

Day 11. Na - Tsuthanga:

The rise is slight and continues with a rarefied vegetation due to the altitude. Beautiful views of several mountains from the Rollwaling valley. 4 hours of walking.

Day 12. Tsuthanga - Tasilapcha Phedi:

Steep climb up to the ridge of 4700 m and descent of 300 m by a stony path and a gradual rise up Tasilapcha Phedi. 5 hours of walking.

Day 13. Tashilapcha Phedi - Base Camp:

Early morning departure for a steep climb through a gravel path with risk of rockfall and a difficult climb up Col de Tasilapcha (5755 m) panoramic Tengi Ragi and Dragkar . Then return to base camp at 5500 m.

Day 14 Base Camp - High Camp:   

An easy walk with 600 vertical meters on the glacier to camp at 5560 m. 3 1/2 hours of walking.

Day 15. Camp High - atop then redescent to base camp:

We start early in the morning for the final summit Pechhermo. Then back to base camp. 12 hours of walking.

Day 16. Base camp - Thengmbo:   

Now we are in the Khumbu valley where is located the Mt. Everest (8848m). The culture and traditions are different because it is a land of Sherpa. We will descend all day to Thengbo. 7 hours of walking.

Day 17. Thengbo - Namche:

Continuation of the descent to Thame where there is an important monastery and then Namche with panoramic Amadablam, Kangtega, Thamserku and others. Namche is an important village of Khumbu that we visit. There are also many tourists who make the Kumbu trek to Everest. 6 1/2 hours walking.

Day 18. Namche - Lukla:

Steep descent to the Dudhkosi river, crossing the bridge and right to Jorsalle, Manju, Phakding, easy walk to Lukla. 6 hours of walking.

Day 19. Lukla - Kathmandu: : Flight superb Lukla to Kathmandu through magnificent views of the mountains.

Day 20. Visit to Bhaktapur and Boudhanath. (An ancient city of Kathmandu)

Day 21. Departure
