Day 1 - Kathmandu - Ngadi (930m)
Transport by a local bus or booked early morning until Bhulbhule (7:00) where the trek begins. Then walk for 1 hour along the Marshyangdi River to Ngadi. Overnight in Ngadi.

Day 2 - Ngadi - Jagat (1300m).
The climb is steep up Bahundanda through terraced fields. Descent into a rice paddy then easy walk, a small stream to cross, crossing the villages of Ghermo Phant and Syange. The trail crosses the Marshyangdi River then an hour and a half walk with a little climb before arriving in Jagat where the inhabitants are Gurung and Tamang. 6 1/2 h walk.

Day 3 - Jagat - Dharapani (. 1840m)
walk is easy to Chamje, a village on the way, then the trail begins to climb through the right side of the river with a view of exceptional cascades across The valley. After an hour and a half of climb, we arrive at Tal, the beginning of the Manang region. The climate and atmosphere change completely. After 2 h of walk from Tal, crossing several times the Marsyangdi, we arrive at Dharapani which is near the gorges of the Marshyangdi River. 6 h of walk.

Day 4 - Dharapani - Chame (2670m.)
A climb up Koto through the villages of Bagarchhap and come across Danaqué through a pine forest with views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, Annapurna and Manaslu IV on the other side Of the valley. After three to three and a half h we arrive in Khanchok, a typical Tibetan village with a small Buddhist monastery. Then we continue for about an hour through the pine forest to reach Chame, administrative and commercial center of the region, with some religious monuments and natural hot springs. Internet services are also available. 5 h and a half walk.

Day 5 - Chame - Pisang (3250m.)
Easy walk through a beautiful pine forest and an unforgettable view of Annapurna II and Annapurna IV. Continue on the right side of the Marshyangdi River passing the walls of Manis. After three h of walk, the valley becomes wider and drier with rarefied vegetation due to altitude. After an hour's walk and a magnificent view of Chulu west, Annapurna II and Pisang peak, we will arrive in Pisang. There are two villages, the old Pisang and the lower Pisang. The ancient Pisang is truly typical, the houses have flat roofs surmounted by prayer flags. At the end of the village, a beautiful monastery from where one has a magnificent view of Annapurna II and Pisang peak. 6 h of walk.

Day 6 - Pisang - Manang (3540 m)
Easy walk near a long manis wall and several prayer wheels on the left side of the river Marysangdi. Then a slight climb up to the ridge at 3300m from where there is a beautiful view of the Annapurna and the valley of Hungde with its small airport. Continue by a small descent effortlessly through the village of Hungde, Munji and Braka where there is an important monastery. You can see yaks along the way. The trail takes us to Manang, a well-known village in the region with an internet point and a specialized medical service for high altitude. 6 h of walk

Day 7 - Rest in Manang Day to acclimatise with the opportunity to make a side trip to Lake Ganga Purna, the Milerapa cave and visit the monastery of Braka.

Day 8 - Manang - Yak Kharka (4450 m)
The walk will deliberately slow rise of the right side of the valley to Ghunsang. The first part is quite hard but the sequel to Yak Kharka will be easier. We will probably see yaks and wild animals such as blue sheep and Himalayan mice. 3 1/2 h walk.

Day 9 - Yak Kharka - Thorong Phedi (4450 m)
The trail is easy between Julu west peaks and Yakwa Khang along the river to Latder (4200m). We'll have to continue to Thorong Phedi. 4 h of walk.

Day 10 - Thorong Phedi - Thorong La (5416 m) - Muktinath (3800 m)
This will be the hardest day of the trek. Walk very early in the morning to cross the Thorong pass where there is often snow from January to March. The first part is quite steep but we will take breaks. Then the slope becomes less hard and we cross the slope with a beautiful view on Annapurna Himal and the Manaslu, until the collar of 5416 m. We are now in another area, the Mustang. The trail descends quickly to the bottom of the valley with views of Tichilo Peak (7134 m), Tukuche Peak (6848 m) and Dhaulagiri (8172 m). We also have a breathtaking view of the Kali Gandaki. The descent will be steep until Phedi (4200m) and it will take about an hour to reach Muktinath, a famous place of pilgrimage, both for Buddhists and Hindus. 9 h of walk.

Day 11 - Muktinath - Thini Gaun (2840 m)
Walk through dry landscapes. The trail is flat at the beginning with the crossing of a small pass of 3800m. We descend abruptly into the valley of Lubra, a beautiful village Gurung, with a view of Nilgiri and then the trail will lead us to the valley of Kali Gandaki, wide valley where a strong wind blows during the day and night except in the morning. Fossils can also be found there. After an hour's walk along the Kali Gandaki River, we arrive at Thini Gaun, a village at the foot of Nilgiri, inhabited by Thakalis, one of the local ethnic groups. 6 h walk.

Day 12 - Thini Gaun - Tukuche (2590m.)
We start early in the morning because of the wind to stop at noon. The track begins to yaw at the beginning through the hills. We will cross the village of Thakalis and the Tibetan refugee camp, where it is possible to visit a Tibetan monastery. Continue the effortless walk through the pine forest on the left bank of the Kali Gandaki River to Tukuche, one of the main villages Thakali, where the first expedition to the Annapurna I was launched by the French mountaineers. People grow apples, apple brandy, apple juice, apple pie that can be enjoyed. 4 h and a half walk.

Day 13 - Tukuche - Lete (2480m.)
Early morning after breakfast. This day will be much easier. You will have to walk along the Kali Gandaki river through the Thakali residential area and through the villages of Larjung and Kobang to KokheTahnti, one of the commercial hikes. Then the trail begins to climb south through the pine forest with a beautiful view of the Dhaulagiri, the Nilgiri and some other peaks including the famous Annapurna I. A walk to the small lake Titi and the beautiful village of Taglung , Located at the foot of the Nilgiri, south side, to reach Lete. 6 h of walk.

Day 14 - Lete - Tatopani (. 1130m)
The valley becomes narrow and deep, it is the world deepest valley. The trail descends along the Kali Gandaki River and also down the road. We will walk to Ghansa 2010m, the last village of Thakalis then Rupse Chhahara with its beautiful waterfalls. Then Dana with an easy walk to Tatopani and its natural hot spring that could interest you. 7 h of walk.

Day 15 - Tatopani - Ghorepani (2810m.)
We cross the Kali Gandaki river then a steep climb for the day through a small forest and rice fields where you might see monkeys. After three h of ascent we will enjoy a view of the Dhalagiri and the South Annapurna. Then climb easier to Chitre. The trail enters the largest rhododendron forest in the region up to Ghorepani. 7 h and a half walk.

J our 16 - Ghorepani - Poon Hill (3200m.) - Pokhara (820m.)
Early departure to climb to Poon Hill where there is an unforgettable view of the entire Annapurna and Dhaulagiri and there will be a beautiful sunrise Of sunshine through the Machapuchhre. It will take about 1 hour of climbing by stone stairs. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then descend through a forest of rhododendrons. The trail descends deeply after Ulleri 2010 m, one of the main villages of the Magar ethnic group. Then a long descent to Birethanti 1025m then Nayapul from where we take the bus to Pokhara. 7 h of walk and an hour and a half on the bus.

Day 17 - Pokhara - Kathmandu Back in the early morning bus from Pokhara to Kathmandu (200 km and 6-6 1/2 h) or possibility to take the flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu
